You will receive a brief introduction to the history of chocolate and demonstration of techniques to include:

- the use of silicone moulds

You will be let loose to use your imagination to create simple chocolates, truffle, lollies, flavoured thins and more all with the theme of love. All chocolates produced can be taken home in a presentation box and bag or eaten!
