Join us for a Chocolate Making class full of indulgence!

You will receive a brief introduction to the history of chocolate and a  demonstration of techniques including:

• tempering,
• truffle making
• the use of silicone moulds
• transfer sheets
• types of chocolate and filling

You will be let loose to use your imagination to create simple chocolates, lollies, flavoured thins and more. All produced can be taken home in a presentation box and bag.
