We have teamed up with our local brewery Hillside Brewery to offer you this fantastic full-day experience combining learning to make a curry from scratch with a brewery tour and beer tasting!
How the day is run:
You will start your day with us at Harts Barn Cookery School for one of chef Versha Patel’s amazing Indian cookery classes (with a combination of practical demonstrations and hands on experience). Classes run from 10am to 12.30pm and you will leave with your Indian food all ready to take away and the confidence to cook your very own curry at home. You will then make your own way to Hillside Brewery for the second part of your day – the brewery tour will start at 2pm and last for approximately 1.5 hours and you will leave with a beer of your choice to take home to enjoy with your Indian food.
The cookery school and the brewery are 5 minutes’ drive apart and both are exceptional locations with incredible views making it an unforgettable and unique experience.
